Rachael Bermingham
|
| |
 | Rachael Bermingham (nee Moore) lives on the Sunshine Coast with husband Paul (a renovator) & gorgeous son Jaxson 4. |
Working from her home office, Rachael is a bestselling author of 5 books (Read My Lips, 4 Ingredients, 4 Ingredients 2, 4 Ingredients Gluten Free, How to write your own book & make it a bestseller) all of which she has written or co written in the past 4 years during her son's sleep times. A born entrepreneur Rachael showed her keen eye for business early opening her 1st business (the first mobile hair salon on the Sunshine Coast) at age 19. After a 3 years of shark diving at Underwater World & 5 year stint as a Flight Centre travel agent. Rachael opened her own travel agency just 3 months prior to September 11 - this experience would ultimately prove to be a pivotal point in her career, igniting the development of an ability which would be invaluable for Rachaels future professional career. With the travel trade in a downward spiral, Rachael didn’t give up; instead she worked long hours teaching herself how to market so her business would survive in the industry’s most ruinous era. She discovered she had a talent for marketing which soon became well known and resulted in numerous requests from others to help them build their businesses through marketing as well. Rachael left the travel industry to take on the first of many businesses she would build from a tiny turnover to an astonishing MULTI MILLION dollar turnover within months AND without spending a cent on advertising! Within days of becoming a Mum Rachael, known for her abundant energy & enthusiasm, continued to pursue her passion for business, instigating a motivational seminar for women encompassing life, health, wealth and business success strategies with her friend and business partner Cyndi O’Meara that ran for two years and morphed into the book Read My Lips. It was by giving Read My Lips to Rachael's friend Kim McCosker at Jaxson’s first birthday party that would prove to be the beginning of yet another incredible journey for Rachael. Prompted by Rachael’s passing comment of ‘They say everyone has a good book in them’ Kim entrusted her own fabulous idea for a book with Rachael (a cookbook using only a few ingredients) and the 2 friends pooled their talents together and wrote what became the best selling cookbook in Australia 2007-2008. These days when Rachael’s not enjoying time with her family, cooking up a storm, or working on other books, she loves speaking at conferences to inspire others to achieve their own goals. She also enjoys talking on time management, life balance, how to develop a business from home and of course marketing and publicity.

Cyndi O'Meara
|
| |
 |
Cyndi O’Meara is not your typical nutritionist. She disagrees with low-fat, low-calorie diets and she thinks chocolate can be good for you and coffee is not so bad. She loves butter. She is the ‘one out of ten nutritionists’ who does not recommend a certain breakfast cereal, and she thinks cheating and eating yummy food are all part of a well-balanced diet.
|
Cyndi must be doing something right because she maintains a healthy weight and has never (in her whole life!) taken an antibiotic, pain-killer or any other form of medication. Her children are aged 14, 17 and 19 and they too have no need for medications.
Cyndi inspires and encourages people to create new, simple and achievable habits to get the life and health they want. To have wonderful health and wellbeing is merely a matter of changing habits, habits that very few people practise, but everyone can.
Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Nutrition from Deakin University in Victoria and the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado, and postgraduate studies in human anatomy from RMIT Victoria.
In 2003 Cyndi was named Sunshine Coast Business Woman of the Year. Since the success of her two books Changing Habits, Changing Lives, and Changing Habits Changing Lives Cookbook, and the companion Author Profiles 197 Changing Habits Changing Lives Audio, Cyndi has been in demand both nationally and internationally as a keynote speaker and now spends time travelling and advocating her approach to holistic health and well-being.
